Please note that any policies, statements and opinions, endorsed or advocated in any presentations, documents, publications, news interview or website postings should be understood to be the position of the individual author or authors, and do not reflect the views of CSCSG or its organizers, committee members, or participants as a group.
We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants and foster the exchange of scientific ideas at CSCSG. We firmly believe that any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age etc. will not be tolerated. If you experience any such behavior during the conference, we encourage you to reach out to the Conference Staff or Chairs for assistance. Additionally, we kindly request that if you witness any such behavior, you consider intervening.
Authorship
An authorship is generally considered to be an individual who has made substantial intellectual contributions to the paper. Individuals satisfying the criteria of authorship should be included as authors. The authorship can be changed with appropriate reasons before paper publication with the consents of all authors.
Originality
Papers should be original and not published in any other conference before. Authors should ensure that their work is under our conference’s review only. Parallel submission will lead to immediate rejection. Plagiarism or self-plagiarism in any form will never be acceptable.
We suggest all authors should cross check the manuscripts with iThenticate before submission. (www.iThenticate.com)
Competing Interests
Authors are accountable for disclosing any competing interests while submitting the paper, which will help editors be aware of any potential bias in editorial review.
Data Access
During the review process, authors may be asked to provide data included in the study for the purpose of evaluating the paper. It’s the obligation of authors to keep such data accessible.
Human Subjects and Animals
Experiments involving human subjects or animals must have been approved by the authors’ institution, and comply with all relevant ethical guidelines, policies and requirements. The conference will not accept research papers without pertinent statement in the manuscript if human subjects or animals get involved in the research.
